How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Grantwitnesses Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Grantwitnesses Tree Service
- How your personal details were handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Grantwitnesses Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@grantwitnesses.property and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include asking the provider for their side. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
